These are short, plain-language terms for using the ClearFrame website. They are not a complete commercial contract, and they are not legal advice. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
Who offers the site
These terms cover ClearFrame, this website. They do not name a company, and no postal address is published here.
The tool
ClearFrame scans and cleans photo metadata in your browser. Supported formats are listed on the home page. The tool does not resize or recompress your image. It does not promise to find or remove every piece of information a file can contain, including visible content, watermarks, data hidden in pixels, or RAW maker notes that the tool keeps on purpose.

Your photos and your copies
You choose the files. This site does not upload them. You are responsible for the photos you open and for what you do with the copies you download. Keep an original if you still need the metadata. Check a cleaned copy before you share it or delete the original.
Removing orientation or color information can change how a photo is displayed. That is described in the cleaner. You decide which blocks to remove.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. It may be wrong, incomplete, interrupted, or unavailable. There is no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability beyond what the law requires.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClearFrame to break the law or to violate someone else’s rights. Do not try to interfere with the site’s files or with other people’s use of it.
Free use and Pro
The free cleaner does not ask you to sign in. ClearFrame Pro is optional. Pro sign-in uses an email link. Payment is handled by the payment provider’s checkout, not by entering card details on this site. Pro adds folder cleaning, presets, and RAW cleaning. Photos still stay on your device.
Courts and countries
These terms do not choose a state, country, or court. Nothing here should be read as selecting one.
Changes
The pages, the tool, and these terms can change. The date above is when this wording was last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you are accepting the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
